Frequently Asked Questions

Yes you can send us your own covers to print. However please take note of the following,
When uploading your image please make sure it is in JPG format and no more than 4MB in size. Text will be printed as it is received so please make sure that any text is spelt correctly. Images will be scaled up or down to fit the template the best that we can. The quality of the upload reflects in the quality of the prints and colours may differ slightly due to hardware. We will print exactly what you have provided us, any mistakes found will not be corrected, that is up to the customer to ensure the correct information is uploaded.

Please do not upload any copyrighted material or any images that you do not have permission to reproduce. If we find that the uploaded image is indeed copyrighted or does not have permission to be reproduced then we will refuse to print your order and may disclose your information to any relevant party. We take NO RESPONSIBILITY for any images that you upload to us and accept that by doing so you have full copyright permissions.

All images and text provided by the customer will be deleted once the order is complete. We will not and do not keep any backups. If you require further prints then you must re-upload all of the the information again. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer, for example: a name spelt incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse an order and give a full refund without notice.
Reward points is just our customer loyalty scheme. Our loyalty scheme offers you the chance to earn and save every time you shop with us. Each order that you place via our website will earn you reward points, these reward points can then be used against any future orders placed. Your reward points are automatically added to your account and do not have an expiry date. To claim your reward points, simply register for an account with us and start shopping. Remember the more you spend the more you save.
To print our game box covers we always use single sided glossy paper, 48lb / 180 grams. Our manuals are created using double sided glossy paper, 32 lb / 120 grams. For the cartridge labels we offer two types of paper of finish, glossy or matte vinyl, both of which are strong and waterproof. We will state what paper we are currently using at the top of the box covers page.

Please note that our game cover prints are reproduced from scans of original artwork so may have slight marks or signs of wear. We sometimes try to touch up small blemishes on the scans but we never fully restore the cover. Any such blemishes can be seen on the product page and your cover will still be produced using a high quality print. If you are not happy with the above information then please do not place an order with us.
No, unfortunatly we do not have time to design custom covers. The only custom designs we do are for the Mega Drive cartridge labels listed on the website.
This is something that we have introduced in order to cut down the amount of bogus accounts being created. Once you register for an account and we receive your request we will activate your account instantly, unless we suspect a bogus account in which case your request will not be approved. If you account has not been activated within 24 hours, please contact us and we will check and activate straight away for you.
Maybe, this is something that we are concidering and will put updates on the website soon.
Yes, however we will not replace the missing screws unless you purchase some with your order.
Yes we will be offering that however the website is not set up to accept at the moment. - UPDATED you can now upload your labels to be printed.
Our Reproprints badge has been added to our cartridge images to discourage the download/saving of our work. Our cartridge labels take up alot of our time to create, and as this is just a hobby website, time is precious. We are not claiming any copyright for the "USED" artwork, we are only trying to protect the time that has been taken in creating these labels. The images displayed on our website are of low quality, however your cartridge labels will be printed on high quality vinyl and will NOT have the badge or "created by" statment on them. Our Reproprints Badge is placed on random parts of the cartridge label.
STK is just an abbreviation for stock. This refers to how many we have in stock at that time. (currently removed)
As sorting out the printing of the manuals is taking quite some time as some have to be totally re-written, we thought that we would just offer them for you to download and read when needed. There will be a download tab on the product page with a download button. These manuals are in PDF format so they can be read and downloaded/saved if wanted.
Sorry, no we do not at the moment.
Jan 2025: This is something that we are looking into and may add to the website in the future
